Welcome to Everwilde. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Brittany Piper, based in Chesley, ON, Canada. All content, products, and services provided through this website are subject to the terms below.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use or enjoyment of the site.

You must not:

Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
Use the site to transmit unauthorized or unsolicited material
Reproduce, distribute, or copy any content without express written permission

3. Products and Services

All items listed in the shop — including dyed yarns, textiles, jewelry, soap, and candles — are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, shape, or size from photos shown on the site. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Returns

We aim to ship all orders in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

Due to the nature of handmade goods, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at info@everwilde.ca within 15 days of receiving your product.

6. Workshop Registration

Workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after that time unless the spot can be filled.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Everwilde and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everwilde shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products or services through it. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of income.

9. External Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of those sites.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Return and Refund Policy

At Everwilde, every item is crafted, packed, and shipped with care. Below you’ll find our shipping timelines, policies, and return guidelines. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out: info@everwilde.ca.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and to select international destinations. All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Canada: 3–10 business days
USA: 7–14 business days
International: 2–4 weeks

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, email us at info@everwilde.ca with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note, we do not accept returns on the following:

Workshop registrations
Custom or made-to-order items
Used or opened bath and body products (e.g., handmade soap)
Final sale or clearance items
Digital downloads or printable content

Due to the nature of handmade goods, small variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the process and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
